Y’all might know by now that I’m at least a few months behind on blogging (and sometimes more like a year…I still have weddings I want to post from last year!). Along those lines, here is a family session from the summer.
I loved it!! Candids! Ridiculous senior-picture style shots! Sweet family pics! Adorable kiddo! Bikes! Trees! Lake! Parents having fun together! This photography session had it all!
I so appreciate the humor and love evident in this family. Their heart was present, and you can see how much fun we all had together. They are my neighbors here on the eastside of Madison, and I love everything they stand for as a family. They’re local artists, making some kickass funky posters you should check out. Plus they photograph pretty dang well.
We took pics at Yahara Place Park and along the Yahara River. The session was only 30 minutes long, but we got some good ones, that I think will be with them for a longgggg time.
Also- yellow is a PHENOMENAL color to be photographed in.
